Your first visit to New London Family Dental establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information, like your medical history, and give you time to get to know your doctor. Payment Options
We accept checks, cash, or all major credit cards.
Mail your payment to 105 Northridge Dr, New London, WI 54961. We also offer Care Credit. Care Credit is credit card that can only be used for medical purposes. It gives patients the option to pay for the medical or dental bill in smaller monthly payments if you cannot afford to pay it all at one time.

Insurance Information
We are the preferred provider for Delta Dental and we also accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. New London Family Dental does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards, and gift certificates are now available. We also offer Care Credit. Please see our Office Manager / Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance.

Appointments & Cancellations
We see our patients on an appointment basis and therefore we ask you to contact us ahead of time so that we can schedule a time for you. We do our best to keep on schedule and therefore appreciate your promptness. If you should need to cancel an appointment, we ask that you give at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, so that we can try to accommodate other patients.
